Before websites I worked on the tools — tarmac, and disability ramps — so I know what a day on site is like, and why nobody answers the phone up a ladder.

I hold an FdA in Web Design from University Centre Wakefield. I left in 2015, and by 2016 I was lead front-end designer and developer at Multiwork, working alongside developers who had come from Team17, the studio behind Worms.

After that I spent two years single-handedly building and running the SEO for three businesses’ websites — one turning over more than five million pounds a year, and a Land Rover and Range Rover specialist.

My agency, Eternia Digital, won two awards in 2026: Best E-commerce Web Development Services – West Yorkshire at the SME News IT Awards, and a Global Recognition Award for Innovation.
